Terms of Service
1. The service
NomoQ provides a web-based queue management system for clinics, restaurants, and similar businesses. Features include customer check-in by QR code, a wall display board, a staff console, and optional notifications. We may add or change features over time; material reductions to a paid plan will be announced in advance.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate business and contact information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your accounts. Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
Each business location uses one tenant workspace. Staff accounts within your workspace are managed by you (or your workspace admin).
3. Free trial
New workspaces start with a free 30-day trial with no payment required. Trial workspaces have usage limits (for example, a cap on staff accounts and advertising uploads). When the trial ends, the workspace is paused until you activate a plan — your data is kept, and login is restored once activated.
4. Paid plans and billing
Plan pricing, activation, and payment terms are agreed when you activate. Fees are US$29 per month or US$299 per year, billed in advance in US dollars. Subscriptions are sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), the merchant of record — payment processing, receipts, and refunds are handled by Paddle, and Paddle’s buyer terms also apply. You may stop using the service at any time; amounts already paid for the current period are non-refundable, except as described in our Refund & Cancellation policy.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t use NomoQ to break the law, to collect personal data beyond what your queue needs, to send spam, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend a workspace that creates risk for others or for the service (with notice where practical).
6. Your data
Your business data — including customer information entered into your queue — belongs to you. We process it on your behalf as a service provider, only to operate NomoQ. Queue records are automatically deleted 90 days after a visit. You may request export or deletion of your workspace data at any time; see our Privacy Notice.
7. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from outages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Suspension and termination
You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate a workspace for non-payment or material breach of these terms, after reasonable notice and an opportunity to fix the issue where practical. On termination you can request an export of your data.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email, at least 14 days in advance; continuing to use NomoQ after they take effect means you accept the updated terms.
